for agencies

Every client site, checked every night, from one login.

You look after five, fifteen, forty pharma sites across a dozen clients. Some launched last month. Some have not been touched since the account team changed. Audera scans all of them overnight, files findings under the right client, and hands you the evidence when a client asks what was live.

14 days free, every plan · nothing installed on any client site · no client IT approval needed

the portfolio problem

One site is a task. Forty sites is a liability.

The site you built last quarter is fine. It is the ones you inherited, the ones on a client's own CMS and the ones nobody has opened since sign-off that catch you.

  • a · the quiet site

A job code expired on a site nobody has opened in months.

The client's product team found it before you did. Now every site you run for them is under review, and you cannot say when it changed.

  • b · the deploy you did not make

The client's IT pushed a CMS update and the ISI link stopped resolving.

No one told the agency. The page looked right. The link went to a 404 for eleven days.

  • c · the retrospective ask

“What was live on the 14th?”

A regulator question lands and the client turns to the agency. Without a dated, screenshotted record you are reconstructing from memory and the Wayback Machine.

built for portfolios

Clients on the left, sites underneath, one dashboard on top.

fig. 02 - who sees what people → clients → sites
  • Clients are the top level.

Each client is a folder. Sites sit inside it, findings are filed against it, and the client never sees anything but their own.

  • Give account teams only their clients.

Invite a colleague and assign them to the clients they run. The dashboard, alerts and digests narrow to match.

  • Alerts per site, not per agency.

Each person picks which sites wake them up. The critical finding on a launch site reaches the right lead; the broken link on a legacy site waits for the digest.

  • Releases reviewed in one sitting.

When a client's site changes, the changed pages are batched into one release with before and after screenshots, so a deploy is a ten-minute review rather than an afternoon.

  • Nothing to install, ever.

Audera reads the site from the outside like a visitor. No tag, no plugin, no ticket to the client's IT team.

the line item

Monitoring is a cost clients already expect to carry.

Hosting, domains, uptime, SSL: the client pays for the things that keep their site up. Compliance monitoring sits in the same column. Most agencies fold it into the retainer as a monitored-site line, or bill it as a per-site compliance fee.

The plan price spread across your portfolio is your cost. What a nightly-checked site is worth to a client is a separate number, and it is yours to set.

what the client receives

Something to show for the line on the invoice.

  • a · shared report link

A live site report the client can open without an account.

Every check that passed, every finding that is open, the latest screenshot of each page. Send the link at month end or leave it in the client's shared drive. Revoke it when the engagement ends.

  • b · sign-off pack

Print-ready PDFs and full-page PNGs, dated and zipped.

Any page or a whole site, one click. It is the pack that answers “what was live on the 14th” and the one that goes into the MLR submission.

agency questions

The questions agencies ask before they add a client

Can one client see another client's sites?

No. Each client is its own compartment inside your agency. A shared report link shows one site's report and nothing else. Your team members only see the clients you assign them to.

Can we add a client partway through the month?

Yes. Add the client, add their sites, and the first scan runs that night. Plans are per agency, not per client, so there is nothing to set up on the billing side until you outgrow the plan.

What happens when we pass 25 sites?

Talk to us. Agency is the largest self-serve plan, and networks running more than 25 sites get a custom arrangement at a per-site rate.

Does the client need to install anything or approve access?

No. Audera scans from the outside as a visitor would, and traverses HCP gates and cookie banners itself. If a client's firewall blocks scanners, we publish our scanner IP and user agent for allowlisting.

Can we run a site through Audera before we pitch monitoring to the client?

Yes. Run a free single-page check with no account, or add the site during your trial and take the first report to the client meeting.
